- LSLeroy SmithJan 18, 20221.0Very poor delivery service. Have had so many packages sent back due to Postal services unwilling to make deliveries. UPS and FED EX are superior in service. I do not recommend USPS around this area.
- SLSkyler LoydNov 11, 20211.0The man is very rude, and sometimes doesn’t even come to the counter when people ring the bell. We can hear him in the back but he doesn’t come to help send out packages off or receive. Does he not feel like doing his job? Horrible customer service!

He doesn't put her check in the box and she has complained about it to him. Is he doing this intentionally???? So she is on a fixed income and needs her check on the day it's delivered. I am very disappointed. He's a grown adult and what kind of a person does this to our mother and mind you she's and elderly Navajo native American. I told her to close this box and move it to mine in kirtland where they are much more courteous than waterflow. Do your job right or find another place to work. Clearly your not.
