- BBBrandyJun 20, 20261.0Absolutely the worst post office in NM. Rude and unprofessional workers . A jealous worker who no longer works at this location and who's name I will not include ( she knows who she is ) has tampered with my mail. I have received mail spit on and too top it off an important letter/title sent to me from a government office had fecies in it , the mail was cut opened and it was put in side, the worker would rudely put my package down and through me a dirty look and would not speak. There are no cameras at this location or in any rural post offices . I highly recommend USPS corporate office to add cameras to the post offices located in Vallecitos, La Madera, Ojo Calinte and El Rito!! The post master thinks she knows everyone just because she has handed people there mail! She should take her job more seriously and watch the people she hires!! I will no longer send out any mail or packages from this location!! And I recently received an empty Amazon package that was wide open!! Along with mail and packages that were crushed, opened and damaged!!! Zero stars for this location!!!
