Waited 40 minutes and watched an incompetent employee ask the only other employee working questions about every single tiny little detail. I mean, I’m not even sure why she’s allowed to work alone without a trainer behind her. Other employees in the back kept coming out and asking if anyone needed to pick up a package. A few of those would be better served behind the counter, actually assisting customers.
