- MMMJun 25, 20261.0Terrible service. Waited in line for 20 minutes behind two people only for the guy to walk in the back, leave me hanging for another ten minutes. Then took my mail that was important and needed to be delivered, only for it to never arrive at its destination. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and I got a call that it wasn’t received. Tracked it and it says tracking not available. Apparently, it’s because the tracking number provided was entered wrong. So my mail is essentially gone. They didn’t even return the mail to me. Terrible. Should’ve gone to FedEx.

It was at the first counter on the right side from the door where other people dropped off their packages. A couple of days later there was no movement. I called they said their tracking system was down to give it another couple of days. Still nothing as of now 5/5/26. The Station Mgr Ricco said he would call the Abq station a week ago. He didn't get back with me. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE!!!! I needed to return my item to a company. RICCO has no balls to admit they lost my package and apologize. REVIEW YOUR CAMERAS WHEN I WALKED IN AND DROPPED IT OFF, I PROVIDED THE TIME AND DATE!
