  Came in to send a document (2 pages, within the US), asked what services they offer and how much they are. They said we have to wait our turn. So we waited 15 min in line, then they told us it's $64 for delivery in 4 days. Really? Not even overnight. 4 days. $64 for two pages of paper. I will not come back to UPS.

  I usually do not complain because I understand businesses can be short-staffed, especially during rush-hour periods. However, for the past two years since I moved back and began doing business in Santa Fe, I have had to use this UPS location for quick print jobs, and nearly every experience has been frustrating. The younger employees are generally polite and seem to be trying their best to help customers. However, the manager, along with Ginger and Anthony, have repeatedly come across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist customers. I have personally witnessed other customers having issues with missing packages, being told packages were not there even after being dropped off days earlier, and receiving unhelpful responses. Most recently, I was told by Ginger that photos could not be printed, yet two younger employees were able to print them for me without any issue. That made the situation feel unnecessarily difficult and confusing. I do not know what is going on at this store, but the attitude and customer service from management needs serious improvement. Business customers and personal customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

  My home printer broke down and I needed to print out a very important document in a hurry that was emailed to me. My nearest UPS store was able to retrieve the email from my phone and print me out two copies. There was no charge for this service. I also use them to ship packages. Very good staff at this location.

  Can’t keep employees, closed during hours they should be open and they lose packages. Avoid this UPS store to save yourself a headache.

  Staff at this location on Zafarano was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was only dropping off a return and they took care of that quickly, no issues.
