I think the driver/delivery person does not have the aptitude or is unconscious. The same for that persons manager. The issue is still unresolved and FEDX is communicating that the delivery was made and the issue is now closed? Their claims department are lame and careless and ineffective. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

The driver is not smart enough to call either. I have been calling FedEx for 9 days trying to get my meds delivered. They keep saying it will be the next day. My doctor paid for over night shipping also. I’m so over this company. Leaving them a 1 star is too high of e review.
