Worst mail delivery guy ever. The guy in the red truck makes mistakes like we all do, but then he lies and tries to cover them up. The other people are nice, but they cover for him too. He will lose a package and then go mark it delivered. Sometimes he marks it as delivered to a "lobby", which is impossible because our box is in a mail bank. He has also started to skip putting a package notice slip in the mail box. And it seems to be getting more frequent lately. We use other shipping when we can. Why has this guy not been fired after doing this for so many years?

This small town post office is really great. Great service every visit. It is my first pick if I have any postal needs. Albuquerque offices offer nothing but long wait lines. Often, when I walk in, there's no one at the counter, and I need to ring the bell for service. Someone usually promptly responds and sees to my transaction. For five years, I can say that the staff have been nothing but friendly and respectful. My mailbox is part of a community box where sometimes I get a slip for packages that are oversized. This post office is always good about taking my slip and quickly finding my package. I'm very pleased with my services from this office, and I see no need to seek out the competition. I will say there were problems at this location about five years ago, but I heard that they got a new postmaster. It's been smooth sailing ever since.

Mixed experience here and I will echo what others have said about deliveries always needing to be picked up in person. Maybe it's the volume of packages or something else, but yeah... USPS is the worst choice out here when UPS and FedEx deliver to my front porch. Rural doesn't mean what it used to, and people have higher standards these days.

This seems like a mom and pop shop, which is fine; however, the lady I’ve dealt with at the store is rude and the mail man seems awfully lazy. The rule where I live is that you have to live within 0.5 miles of the mail box to have things delivered to the house. Well I’m 200 ft away and that worked for maybe my first two packages since moving here...despite reminding them nicely that we are so close. Then even the times when it seems like my proximity is remembered, I get a note that states it was too heavy to carry while my 120 lb wife goes to pick it up later with one arm. This location effectively negates any benefit of amazon prime shipping and inconveniences is greatly as we are at work before they open and off work after they close.
