I have never had a bad experience in this office, the employees are always helpful and friendly. The waits can be long at certain times, like in any post office. The passport services are very helpful and efficient, the self-service kiosk is very helpful although at time the wait can be as long as the one for human service due to people inexperienced or with a lot of packages to mail. The parking lot is crowded at rush hour, but there is a large parking lot for a library and a park a few steps away. We have occasionally received neighbors' mail in our mailbox (probably a new mailperson), writing our house number on the bottom of the mailbox seems to have resolved the issue. This has happened in any place we have lived.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There is always one person at the desk almost every single time I have ever come Into this location. But you will see several people coming in and out, and there is always a massive line. My packages are always being lost or placed in other peoples boxes and I have to play investigator. If I place a hold on a package for pick up they never seem to know where the package is and on several occasions, the packages have been returned days after I’ve come in multiple times for the package I had on hold. No one seems to know any information about times or when their manager is available. And on the one occasion, there was three people helping at the desk two of them left one girl by herself with a line that was almost out the door if I could avoid using the Postal Service just because of the experiences I’ve had here I absolutely would. The only time I ever had a positive experience was when the manager Crystal was still there and she no longer works there. I’ve lived in Rio Rancho for 20 years and in Los Angeles prior to this, and I’ve experienced more issues in this smaller area than I have ever experienced in California. That’s saying something do better.

HORRIBLE.
Tried to mail out something priority, was needed overnight. Waited my 20 mins for, my turn. OK
Explained my purchase-and need-
After my purchase,or so i thought, I had to fill out a 'required' label, even though I had a card filled out with correct address.
I was told to step, aside while filling it out and she would mail it.
I filled it out and put items next to the worker, when I was done and left, as she helped the next person.
It was mailed to my house next day-stating, I never paid for postage.
Tell me why she DID NOT, CHARGE THE THE FIRST TIME, I RAN MY CARD?
So an item that supposed to be there, next day, showed up in my box.
I checked the receipt, she never charged me the postage, during gmy transactio, even though I specified why I was there.
So the money order never got there, because the dummy DIDN'T DO HER JOB.
Surprised? Not me.
LAST TIME I USE THE PO.
I hope if goes under tbh, because it keeps getting more expensive and quality is something of the past.
Seems everytime i use them, they screw up. Last time, I shipped a package.
It got there 2 Months later and the homemade items were destroyed.
Prices keep rising and job quality died in the 90's.
I am completely done ✔️

The key left in our mailbox for the parcel locker is so used up and BENT that it does not open the parcel locker. I have live plants in there, its 100° and i cannot reach anyone until Monday, My plants will surely die being trapped in a metal box, the mailboxes are in my front yard, why couldnt they just leave them on the porch like they have every other time?!...The mailman had to have held the key in his hands to put it in my box, did he not even look at it before throwing it in the mailbox?! Why is this key still being given out when it so obviously is messed up and unusable?!
