- MSMila S6 days ago1.0They lost a certified letter, took my information and told me a manager would call me to discuss the situation. That didn’t happen. I called the main line and an employee said they would have someone call me within a day. An employee did call and leave me a message asking for a tracking number on the letter. However every time I tried to call back it would just ring. The situation has still been unresolved. Unprofessional!

I mailed a small hardcover book in a padded envelope and it arrived at its destination with damage to its cover. This is the same book that was shipped to me, in a padded envelope, by Amazon. I received it in pristine condition and sent it to my son. He took a picture of it. I was dumbfounded! This tells me the PO does not care about our personal belongings. SO, I will never send any kind of pkg through the PO again! Also, for some reason, our letter carrier delivers someone else's mail to our mailbox on a consistent basis. I once got my neighbor's Social Security check! Seriously? I wonder how much mail we have missed because our other neighbors may not care and just throw it away. I am furious with the PO in general. I think that mail delivery needs to be privatized.
