- CCCatherine CookSep 19, 20261.0Waited in a very long long for service to mail a package, the lady wouldn’t even wait for me to put a return address on the package and made me step to the side as she helped the next person after me waiting for 30 minutes in line. No consideration, horrible customer service manners. Alexandria wick was her name and I am appalled this is the way you guys treat people. It took me 10 seconds to write down a return address and she couldn’t even wait that long. Shortage of staff, long wait lines, none of your workers have any kind of manners or customer service training. This whole office is incompetent and needs more customer service training. Should be ashamed of themselves, whoever is the manager here needs to really resign. You’ve failed this staff and customers who pay your checks.
