  The exceptional quality of customer service. You never feel like a stranger when you walk into the Enchanted Hills UPS. You bring joy to my heart every time I walk in & when you greet me. Always knowing your customers on a first name basis but always using Mr. or Ms. I respect each of you and hard work you put in everyday. Customer service is a hard job but you all have shown your dedication to your community and to one another. You have a solid team and a wonderful manager Kumar and assistant manager, Katie. Niko, Joshua, and Rodney are the best! The other employees are great too!

  I've shipped here many times but most recently, twice in the past week (8 and 15 July 2026); the young man that helped me both times is not just amazing at his job but a wonderful human. He's also been so patient with me when my brain tries to evacuate the premises before I'm done, which is beyond appreciated. Incredible service, tidy and clean store, and the best shipping company overall. Thank you!

  Was pushed to the side when I was next by this arrogant employee.. he was rude when I told him we were next and needed help and he told me I can leave HIS store! He was awful and said call the owner if you don’t like it!
