    The best ups store I have ever been to hands-down. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They have the best customer service and you don’t ever feel like you were inconveniencing them. They help you tape up things they will give you a packaging bag. If you need one, you can email them your postage to be printed out from Amazon if needed. They just never feel like you are a burden or making their job difficult. They tried to make your job super easy. Vic helped me today and he was super attentive to what I needed and helpful!

    I handed my package to Vic who scanned it and gave me the tracking info, I asked him when it would reach its destination and whether there was any insurance on the contents, He told me "I dont know" and walked away. He then proceeded to the back of the store and threw my package (infront of me) 10 feet across the store onto a table. I told him to be careful with the package (expensive contents). He told me "UPS is a rough working environment" and shrugged me off. I complained to his manager, Sean, about his employees unprofessional behavior and rough handling of my package. Sean proceeded to give me a lecture on introspection, how UPS works and appeared to blame me for having higher expectations from UPS like; having some basic questions answered and not having my package thrown around in front of me. Horrible experience.

    I own a small business in Rio Rancho and have used this UPS store for many of my product deliveries all over the country for years. I came in with a package that was 5inx5inx1in for delivery to TX. I was quoted over $40. I told the associate that there is no rush and asked if this was the cheapest price for delivering the small box? The associate said yes that's the best price. I was in shock as the week prior, I mailed the exact same product and box deminsons to the same address the week prior for $11 from the same store location, I told the associate about the last shipment price and asked him why such a price hike? He was immediately rude and told me that was the best price. I told him I'll go somewhere else and I left. I went to USPS up the road and they charged me $9 for the same package. I still had the ups receipt from last week in my car so I came back to the UPS store and asked for the manager because I wanted to show him my receipt from my prior package delivery from his UPS store and show him the receipt and price at USPS office minutes before. Sean is the manager and owner of this UPS store in Rio Rancho next to Smith's off 528. He immediately dismissed my complaint and spoke to me as if I was a child when asked about the price difference?, not surprised that his associate has the same attitude towards customers. I explained the problem was that customers shouldn't be over charged unnecessarily. Sean basically stood up for his employe, who was trying to over charge me. I asked for corporate info and he wouldn't give me any info about corporate or his employees name so I can file a complaint. Sean stated that he is the owner and there is no one to complain to above himself and he asked me to leave. Normally I would not complain about bad service but charging customers over $40 when last week the same box weight and deminsons was delivered to the same address for $11 should be a crime. I will no longer go do business with an unethical company who treats customers like this.
