  Absolutely regret not driving to the one further from my house every time I do the convenient thing and come to this location. They are always extremely grumpy and rude. I stopped coming here months ago because there was one extremely rude employee who had been very unpleasant several times and I was tired walking in smiling and walking out wishing I hadn't gone there. Every time I would go in he would just stare at you and look annoyed when you didnt read his mind (several times per interaction he just expected you to jump into whatever you need without any greeting or indication that he was ready to help or even that he worked there, and then was condescending and extremly irritated the entire interaction) I went back today for convenience, as I didnt have time to drive further to the one down the hill and thought maybe that guy would be gone. I got there and was pleased to see he was gone- until the man helping me immediately began by rolling his eyes, sighed and slammed stuff around when I handed over my Amazon return. No "how can i help you?" Etc. I dont go as far as expecting a smile but something more communicative than simply glaring at me while holding your scanner expecting me to read your mind would be amazing. I wrongly thought he was waiting for barcode for the package I had just handed over, and I had already given him the barcode, so I said "there's nothing else to scan for that one". Then I said "but I do have another return" and he rolled his eyes and said 'so there IS more', shaking his head and making it VERY clear he thought I was an idiot for not reading his mind. I was shocked but said "im sorry... I misunderstood your question" (his...stare?? Ya know, since he didnt use his words at all....), to which he just kept slamming things around and shaking his head. I can't imagine how they treat customers that are actually difficult because I just walk in smiling and ready to make Amazon returns and they are already extremely unpleasant with the limited interaction that entails. Save yourself the displeasure of dealing with this location. I'm not sure what their issue is.

  Employees are rude, make you wait in line while they are visibly standing in back of store and they know you are waiting, employees curse under their breath to anger you and then when you repeat what they said to you they tell you to leave their store because you cursed. I am 60 years old, retired naval reserve and retired deputy sheriff. This has happened to me 3 separate times at this location. I thought one time, bad day. Second time maybe I was being unfair. Today, 3rd time, obviously an issue. Same employee each time. Go ANYWHERE else.
