- LGLillian GastelumApr 30, 20251.0Called post office to speak to an agent regarding a package delivery. and you just get an automated message with many options. To assist me it tells me to provide a tracking number on my keypad. I attempted several times to enter the 26 digit number. However, they do not give you enough time to enter the entire number and tell you they cannot help you without the number!! So frustrated!! And they will not deliver the package, instead they stick a pink slip in your mailbox to Go pick up the package yourself when my house is only a few yards away from the mailbox! I am visually handicapped and cannot drive. Will have to find someone to come to my mailbox, go pick up the package and bring it to me before they return it to the sender!! Last time this happened, someone took me to the post office and the agent told me that they don’t deliver because they don’t have enough drivers or space in there delivery trucks for packages! Go figure… So inefficient! With poor customer service.
