The driver ran into an issue with your delivery. There is no safe secure place to leave the package. It's Saturday and I am home all day, try ringing the door bell!!! Now when the reattempt is made Monday I will be at work so I definitely can't answer the door to secure the package. I scheduled it on Satuday for this specific reason, way to ruin my plans.

Melissa, who has been our mail lady for years, is absolutely amazing. I know that the Post Office itself has its fair share of issues, but this woman in particular genuinely cares about her job and her responsibilities and will go above and beyond for the people she delivers to. She definitely deserves recognition for the amazing job she does! I moved very recently and was honestly quite upset to learn that we are not going to be on her route anymore. However, she is still taking care of us and making sure that all of our mail goes to our new house while we make this transition, even if it's addressed to the old house. The fact that she has taken the time to make sure we are still receiving our mail, no matter what, just blows me away! Our community is very lucky to have Melissa, and I am extremely grateful for her. Thank you!
