- BBBOOGY BAug 21, 20261.0My Husband Mailed some super important Documents to Washington DC and they tell us at the UPS store that we will get the Documents in 3 to 4 weeks , Good thing i have the tracking number and i track the Documents to see where they at , yesterday i check the Tracking number and it said that the Documents was delivered at the Placitas Mailbox, i when to our Mailbox with the number of my adress and when i open the Mailbox the Documents was not there and i need those Documents for Next week Wednesday, me and my husband when straight to the Post office in Placitas and the Guy told us that they can't track the package, i show him the number and he told us that they send a email to see if they can find the package so what's going on here in Placitas it seems like the Mail person here in Placitas is delivering Mail and packages at the wrong adress , Please if it's any Manager who read this please make shore the Mail person do their Job right
- TMTimm MasonJun 29, 20261.0My wife was treated very rudely here for no good reason. She had an appointment to get a passport. She brought her own professionally taken photos. The travel.state.gov website clearly states that this is acceptable, but instead they insisted that they could only use a photo if it's taken at Walgreen's?! (She previously tried to get a photo taken at this post office; it's badly overexposed, to the point that I can imagine it causing problems when going through Customs.) My wife tried to show USPS the government website so that they'd understand that their policy doesn't match. They refused to look at it and acted like she was trying to stir up problems. Really poor and disappointing service. UPDATE - the postmaster contacted me the same day & apologized profusely. He confirmed that the postal clerks were incorrect, and stated that he was out of the office at the time or he would have intervened. Seriously – if you could see the overexposed USPS photo they shot and wanted to use, versus the professional photo they refused, you would laugh out loud. My wife went to the USPS in Bernalillo and she had no problems whatsoever getting her passport with the photos she brought.
