- JSJefferson Steelflexe6 days ago1.0I had a mail hold placed nearly a month ago. I go today to pick up my mail and they claim they don't have it and had no record of my mail hold. The clerks were not helpful whatsoever. I have a car registration, credit card, a package, important mail from the state, letters from an attorney, and they have no idea where my mail is. They have ONE JOB.

I also work in El Paso and cannot get here before I’m locked out on weekdays. Perhaps give access to box customers with a digital key, like some of the gyms. Ridiculous I can’t retrieve my mail at my convenience.
