I have never had a problem at any post office. They have always been so professional respectful and helpful. Remember people kindness goes a long way.

I have the same complaint again and again about the package pickup service. I occasionally sell stuff on ebay, which I ship via USPS Advantage. Today, the replacement carrier left a package, looked at my outgoing packages, and walked away. I had a scheduled pickup!!!! He's on my ring doorbell camera looking at the pickup and walking away!!! Our regular carrier is great, but every time there is a substitute, they act like this isn't their job. I complain about this constantly and it doesn't get better. I guess I need to forget using this service and take my stuff directly to the UPS store. This service through the post office flat out sucks when its a substitute.

Package was put into a parcel, but they didn't leave they key or put key in another person's box. Called multiple times, useless robot who send you to humans who don't answer the phone and who aren't doing the job properly.

I have been dealing with the same issues of misdelivered packages since moving here in 2022, and nothing has been fixed. I’ve made repeated calls, visited the post office multiple times, labeled my mailbox inside and on inner door, and even placed a clearly visible sign with my full street address on my home. None of it has made a difference. Despite constant apologies and assurances, my packages are still being misdelivered. This isn’t an occasional mistake, it’s a consistent failure. At this point, your “Delivered at front door” or "Delivered at Mailbox" notifications are meaningless, and there is no accountability for where my packages are actually going. Because of this, companies are now flagging my account, and I’m the one dealing with the consequences of your repeated errors. I’ve also noticed other mailboxes in the area marked with notes, which makes it clear this is not an isolated issue. This is unacceptable. After four years, this reflects a serious breakdown in training, management, and overall accountability. Whether the issue is with your drivers, your leadership, or both, it needs to be addressed immediately. As it stands, this is the most unreliable delivery service I’ve dealt with in Las Cruces, and there has been no meaningful improvement over time.
