I had been bringing in packages without realizing that they weren’t supposed to be accepted for delivery, and they’ve still been so helpful and accommodating throughout the process. They’ve consistently gone out of their way to help me, and I genuinely appreciate everything they’ve done. I feel bad for the misunderstanding, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. Their kindness means more than they know! The staff is amazing, and I’m so grateful for their help and professionalism. Thank you for being so understanding and for always doing your best to help your customers. You deserve all five stars! ❤️

I get there, only to be told to come back because the lady delivering the mail took the packages she wasn’t supposed to take. Since she can’t deliver them, she’s supposed to leave them there for me to pick up. I came back 30 minutes before closing, only to be told that he had no idea why she took them and that she most likely wouldn’t be back before they closed. So I left disappointed and upset because I woke up early and drove all the way over there for absolutely nothing. Plus the two times I came they gave me more paper mail? Why not just give me All my mail. Most inconvenient and stupid thing I have to do until my mailbox is fixed.
