They were all incredibly respectful, helpful, and created such a welcoming environment. While I was waiting, they made great conversation and made the whole experience pleasant. I also witnessed Nichole professionally handling a very upset customer. She explained the store policy clearly and thoroughly, remained calm, respectful, and handled the situation exactly how a manager should. Sometimes people don’t understand that employees are simply following company policy, and Nichole did everything she could to explain it professionally. Working in customer service isn’t easy, and this team handled themselves with patience and professionalism. Their communication and redirection skills are excellent, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about helping customers. Thank you all for helping me with my fax and printing needs, and for the great conversation as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t let one difficult interaction overshadow what an awesome team you are. This trio is doing an amazing job.
