  Sent my wife to drop off a amazon return. I had already boxed the Item myself and attached the label. All she needed to do was drop off the package get receipt and walk out. But no, the Nice guy inside told her "This manufacture requires the package to be placed in a plastic bag" Now, it was already boxed and sealed he had no idea what was in the box nor the manufacture. So he charged my wife 5 dollars even in cash for this plastic bag. He said he would handle fixing it up after she left for her. I asked her for the receipt so I could go down tomorrow. Wouldn't you know it the receipt given to her had no purchase for a 5 dollar even plastic bag. Was only the drop off confirmation. UPS Stores are franchise like McDonalds with absolutely no oversight. I will be contacting my UPS account manager also and seeing what can be done about this store. Follow up to owners comment: The box the item was in was infact the same box that Amazon sent the item in. This is the problem with your store, YOU. instead of looking or ask me for more information about the package, date and time sent or looking into all the red flags my wife ignored from your store, you deceided to come on here and gas light me, how nothing wrong happened. It is your store you can do with it what you will. I will never walk in the door again. I have had your employees try to double box in the past and I just refused the service they still accepted the package and sent as they are sup to. This employee demanded that she buy the "bag" her being the good hearted person she is didnt want to dissapoint me so she paid the 5.00. I could care less about the 5.00 its the scammy bussiness you run. Where you expect amazon to feed you buisness then nickle and dime the people walking in. Like I said its your buiness, your private property so its your rules. Hope Mr. Brett Battle agress with your buisness model.

  Pesime servicio, ultimamente de ese establecimiento envio paquetes y llegan abiertos y rotos, lo ultimo que me sucedio fue que me cambiaron un paquete que era un tlf celular de 1300$ por un paquete de cafe y solo reconocierion 117$ si es una mensajeria y es supuestamente algo de confianza no deberia de perderse paquetes, deberian de colocar mas camaras de seguridad tanto dentro como fuera del establecimiento, es decir en los camiones que transportan los paquetes ya que en los mismo cambian paquetes , abren y rompen pesimo pesimo servio totalmente decepcionado

  Went this morning to mail a package 9/12/26. There was a man standing at the door and opening for customers as they came into business. I saw several people giving him money. This is unacceptable and I did not feel safe doing business here. Hoping the UPS store on Lolmanan doesn’t have homelessness door attendants

  Always friendly, efficient, and fast. I love this store and am so happy it's run so well. I use it for sending out art and never had a problem. Amazon returns are accepted there, but now Amazon is charging a dollar to use UPS. Staples is still free dropoff. Does Amazon never get enough? Or is UPS charging them?

  Staff is young but on point, much easier than dealing with the angry guys at the post office.
