  Staff is young but on point, much easier than dealing with the angry guys at the post office.

  Careful doing Amazon returns here. They regularly have "issues" with QR code scanning / label printing / wifi / etc. If this was a one off, I get it, but 3 times in the last year we've been directed to pay for labels or pay to use a computer to print it ourselves. They also will tell you that you have to buy one of their boxes or the "driver won't take it" but other stores have no issues taking the same package. Pick Kohls if the option is available or at least go to a different UPS store if you don't have a choice.

  I get what I need to get done here, but the Alan guy at the front desk seems super passive aggressive and somehow I’m always stuck with him. I recently moved here and the first time I went I wanted something notarized. I handed him my ID for him to review (in his hand) and when he was done, he just sat it on the counter. I asked him to return it to me the way I gave it. He did, which I respected. But then I came back to return equipment from Spectrum and he told me thank you, I said thanks, and then walked off and as I was leaving he said thank you (seemingly as if I didn’t say thanks back to him). I responded with I said thanks and he just said yeah and looked at me. Not sure if there’s just cultural differences, but it’s just coming off way passive aggressive. I’ll just probably go to the other one in town from now on I guess, even though this is like 3 mins from my house.

  Zero stars, after I paid for my package to be delivered to the UPS store on Main Street, they charged me again and at first refused to release the package. When they gave me the package there was a note on the package to release it to me. This store is horrible and they can’t read!!!! Update: I have sent an email to this store 2 weeks ago and still no response. The message they sent me on here is only for show, they didn’t want to help me, the 1 star stays. Utterly disgusting customer service.

  The employees are always kind and helpful. They help fast and get you in and out. I love this place as they also are a drop off point for people USPS labeled packages
