    Obviously don’t train employees correctly and don’t own up to their own mistakes. I paid $75 for next day delivery on saturday 13th. The employee Jen told my friends family member that it would be there sunday. It was not, obviously. The assistant manager claims she stopped the transaction mid way and corrected the employee.. insinuating that my friends family member acknowledged this and ignored it. Signing for the package to arrive tuesday. I talked to the supervisor and he said “your mom” made a mistake. Why are we assuming i’m calling for “my mom”? This was a BUSINESS transaction for a card that was incorrectly sent to a home address. I was on the phone the whole time, that NEVER happened. The manager never corrected anything during the transaction. Yet they continue to lie to cover up their mistake.

    Alan was very helpful and did an amazing job in explaining and helping me with a problem I was experiencing with utilizing the copy machine. He was very professional and I truly appreciate that!

    Dude that works at the front sucks at customer service, should not be allowed to work in that section. Was no help at all literally told me to just go online and do something that I already tried doing. Dude is very special, really smart by the way if you know what I mean!
