Went to return my Amazon package so at first I went to wait in line at the UPS counter but was redirected to the Amazon return counter and then I was told I needed to go back to the UPS counter because of the QR return code. Mind you the employee at the Amazon return counter directed me to the UPS counter. He didn’t tell me that I needed to go to a UPS store. Went back to the UPS counter and the employee had a weird attitude and told me I needed to go to an actual UPS store. I was bothered by her attitude so I searched the website after I returning home and according to the website they do accept returns via UPS. I don’t know what her issue was but I’m not impressed. If you can’t actually accept returns for UPS take it off the website.

On Monday, August 31 2026 at 9:22am, I went to Staples to return an Amazon item. I am a disabled 54 year old Latino Male. I have a service animal. Her name is Daisy. She's a 1 year old Jack Chi. She weighs 8lbs. I take my service dog to all of my errands. I've taken Daisy along with me numerous times before. As I was waiting in line to return my Amazon item, Daily barked. She barks whenever she senses my anxiety increases. The reason I had anxiety is because there was another Amazon customer returning many items, so I started getting nervous. The Manager, Pete, approached me and yelled, "There is a sign at our front door that says no animals, you need to leave and return when you come by yourself". I was horrified, I have never been talked to this way at Staples. The Manager (Pete) 7should have asked if my dog was a service animal. I was so embarrassed because he yelled it in front of the entire line of Amazon customers. I will NEVER return to Staples for my office good needs and will share this experience with everyone I know and especially to other disabled people with service animals. I took a picture of the sign at their front entrance indicting that service animals are allowed. To all Amazon return users go to UPS instead also if anybody has any office goods needs go to Walmart and target and if you have any party good needs go to Dollar Tree. Horrible Customer Service Experience
