- KSKate SMay 4, 20261.0Postmaster is rude. 2 out of 3 encounters have been this way. You can almost hear his sigh when you ring the bell 😂 I had a valid question today and he made it difficult and gave the impression I was waisting his time.
- DVDub VApr 12, 20261.0Walked in and guy saw me at front desk but kept on working in back..... there was a Ring For Sevice sign with a bell so I rang n he looked at me like i went #2 in his cheerios. He came to the front all pissy "What do you need!?" ... not a "Hi How R U" not a "How can I help you". Anyways just needed to mail two packages... he scans em tells me the price i pay n he hands me 2 stickers with numbers on em. I'm like " Whats this?" He replies "your tracking numbers".. I respond "on the receipt it has the tracking numbers". He tells me "we dont have receipts here" I tell him "we just did a money transaction this is a federal building what do you mean you don't have receipts?... I need a receipt to let the person im sending reimburse me my money" He tells me "well what do you want me to do" HOLY ISH ... I just told him "give me my money and my packages" he says "I already scanned them into the system..... "BOY GIMMIE MY PACKAGES B4 I REACH OVER THE COUNTER" He did and money. <Zero Stars>
