Just a heads-up for anyone doing returns here: make absolutely sure you leave with a physical receipt in hand. I recently brought in a return that wasn't boxed up yet. It was a nice item, and unfortunately, I left without getting a receipt. The return never ended up registering in the system, which caused a massive hassle and some how my item disappeared. So it was a massive struggle to get a refund from Amazon. It could've be stolen or went missing so make sure you get your receipt. We are limited on locations here so FedEx and Post office will be getting more of my services now.

I would give Safe Ship 0 stars if it was an option. They are a BROKER, they do not do the actual moving! The moving company they got a hold of did a good job, but they were not equipped to move commercial grade tools. Since I was not able to ship them, the moving company that actually did the work took the hit. I called Safe Ship to see if I could get reimbursed on their side. They even said the reimbursement was on the actual movers side! Safe Ship is a shady BROKER that makes you believe they are the ones doing the work and charge for the estimate, but will not adjust their estimate once you have paid!

The girl with the cateye makeup and brown hair on 3/23 around 5:30 p.m. was very rude when I asked her for a reciept she told me I would have to stand aside and wait. However when the next customer went in for one she was given one promptly. When I explained that amazon told me I should get one incase she said well it hasn't been sent out yet in a snarky manner. She had a very disagreeable attitude. Wish I could give less stars and I will not be returning. I agree with the last comment posted she should try working at McDonald's or something else.

I just left the store…girl with brown hair just a bit past her shoulders was extremely rude. I’m not familiar with UPS so much as I don’t use their services often and she treated me like crap for it. She couldn’t get the right zip code for my package and every time I asked a question because she wasn’t explaining anything she just stared at me and gave the shortest answer. Literally wouldn’t even ask anyone for help just said its not putting the right zip code. Didn’t even say sorry or anything. I just took my package and left in tears because she clearly didn’t want me there and clearly hates helping people.
