- CMChelsea MontroyJul 7, 20261.0This Post Office and the employees need a definite thorough refresh. The delivery driver are rude and think they are entitled as well as Charlene being rude. They cannot simply just do their job with a smile on their face and have decent customer service. They always have to be rude and hateful no matter the situation. Specifically, Charlene is very forceful when dealing with Customers. Charlene and Maria both need to work on customer service skills. We had a situation where we demanded to speak to the postmaster and Charlene thought she needed to be part of the conversation and tell us what and how we should speak.
