Applied for a new passport was told by the employee to NOT submit a new one, submit a renewal paid $130 & went threw a hour process just to told by the US DOS 4 weeks later I need to submit a new application NOT a renewal. Now here I am having to pay for another picture, shipping, and go through the whole process that the employees aren’t sure how to even do,
