And as for service... Friends of mine got mail sent at the end of August from Alaska today, over three weeks since mailing. Fire Congress this November.

Many times only one clerk working at the counter even during peak business hours. I love the self serve kiosk, but half the time it seems like the kiosk here is not functioning anyhow.
