- CFChelsie FJun 15, 20261.0Someone tell me how the post office ain’t going to have the master key for 6+ months for our neighbors? They expect people to come to the post office to pick up their own mail. What about people that aren’t able to physically go to the post office? This is a joke on why a key would take so long to make.
- DMDenice MarrujoMay 29, 20261.0Back in 23 I moved into my new apartment. They mailbox key was given to me. It never worked for my mailbox. I went to the post office to have a new key made and they never made it and never called me. I called them everyday multiple times a day to see if their telephones work and they do not. It would just ring and ring or no signal at all. We went to this post office multiple times trying to solve this issue and I was never able to solve it and never got new key for my mail. I moved out 1 year ago and still never had a key and gave up all hope. This year 2026 I had a package misdelivered to my old address (with this post office) and I still cannot get a hold of them. I am low income and have health issues. This post office is very far and I cannot make it there which is the only way of communicating with them. Its unprofessional to have no telephone for a business.
