  I had a package that was marked as delivered last week but was no where to be found when i checked outside my door and checked my mail box. Eventually, I filed a report through USPS and they said they would investigate it. I very quickly received a phone call personally from the supervisor at this location, Rick, who was incredibly friendly, professional, empathetic of my situation, and explained he would personally come out to the apartment complex to check boxes and find it for me. I later received an email from him late that night (at almost 10pm) that he had been here, located the package and placed it in my box for me. I could not have been more impressed with the help I received! I feel like customer service and going above and beyond has become a lost art as of recent in our world today and had very low expectations of my problem being resolved. With that said, I was so surprised and impressed to have been helped in this way by this supervisor and his team. Very grateful!

  The people that work in this post office are super nice. They know each of the drivers and where they deliver, and what the situation is. Every government office has problems, but they try to help us as much as they can.

  Me and my partner are disabled and cant get down to the post office that often. We went in 2 weeks ago because we haven't received our keys or any of our mail and Rick gave us his personal phone number and said that he drop it off himself so we waited 2 weeks of gone by we've been calling him all day he said that he'll send someone out right away no one has showed up so we called again and he said that he sending someone out again and again we are let down over and over we are lying to and told that one thing is going to be done and it's not we have very important mail we don't have any food we've been waiting on my EBT card I'm not even sure if they have our mail or if they're just keeping it to be rude but I'd really appreciate my mail

  If I could give this place a zero stars I could I came in here to figure out why my mail isn’t being delivered and I keep getting a new resident card every single time kai, I don’t think understood what I was saying that no matter how many times I fill this out I keep getting another one and I’m not getting any mail and it’s being returned to senders my sister sent me a letter and it got returned to sender saying that this person does not live there when obviously I do live at my residency and I’ve been getting my mail I pick up my mail once a week. They tried to blame me saying I don’t get my mail so that’s why they’re not giving me it. And then they tried to say that I have a new male person either way I don’t understand why I’m not getting my mail and it keeps being returned to sender, even though I haven’t changed my address.
