Only good thing about the Highland Station Post Office, is the one, young Window Clerk working his como se llama off, in spite of the excruciatingly long line of customers. Tuesday about 3:30 pm, and the line is to the door. I left at 4:36. Only ONE Window Clerk, for so many customers, many who are non-English speakers. One customer and I translated, but the variety of needs was great, from lost packages, address changes, customs forms, mailbox keys, accountable mail,—you name it, the Window Clerk had to deal with it. He told me that was a daily occurrence, which is why I complained and also why I quit as a Letter Carrier after 7 years of working for some mean SOB’s and highly untrained supervisors. Things much worse now, but for every bad boss, there are several great worker bees. Postal complaint #87745944
