This post office at Coors, 87121 is very unprofessional. They take long lunch breaks at various times of the day. I have gone a few times and had to wait outside in the heat of Albuquerque.

Poor customer service! It cost nothing to show kindness curtesy, oh wait I forgot the us government and my tax dollars pay you well to provide customer service. Rolling your eyes at customers, dropping fragile packages and laughing after a customer tells you it’s fragile and then says oh well it’s insured.. IS NOT how u provide customer service. DO BETTER

This has been, by far, the worst USPS location I have ever had to deal with. I’ve tried to use this branch approximately ten times, and only once was it actually open and operating normally. Every other visit, there’s a different excuse posted on the door: the printer is broken, they’re out of paper, the system is down, there’s no internet connection, or something else. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve returned at the exact time the notice said they would reopen, only to find the office still closed. There is no reliable schedule and no confidence that you’ll actually receive service. I’ve wasted time and gas making repeated trips, only to find the doors locked. At this point, this location is so unreliable that it might as well not exist. USPS needs to take serious action to fix this problem because this branch is failing to provide the basic service the community depends on.

Saturday Hours: 11:00 - 3:00 pm. Why am I here at 11:15 AM and they're already closed? I literally saw someone leave (presumably the employee), doors are locked and it's barely 15 after opening. Some of us have stuff to do so we expect a business to be true to their hours. Just shut this USPS down already, I"m so serious
