- KHKat HaightAug 14, 20265.0I went in to pick up my mail and was lucky enough to have Cal (or Cam…I apologize for not being sure) help me. I had troubles getting my mailbox keys replaced. The details aren’t important. What’s important is Cal totally showed up to take care of me. His experience, patience, and expertise were an unexpected delight. The problem was solved before I walked out. It cannot be easy, dealing with people who don’t even want to be at the Post Office anyway. Also a portion of us are elderly and can talk incessantly🙂. Thank you Cam! You ROCK!

- JMJoe MacErnieAug 4, 20261.0I recently opened up an eBay store selling trading cards. I dropped off some packages using the chute inside the store, and the USPS Ground Advantage items were not scanned; making it impossible for my customers and myself to track the items. All in all, four packages that I dropped off that day went missing. I filed a missing mail request for all of the items, and also an official complaint with USPS. When someone from Steve Schiff USPS contacted me, he suggested I stay in line next time. No apology. Just a tone deaf response to my complaint. I guess he doesn't trust his own facility either. In order to maintain strong relations with my customers on eBay, I refunded all missing items which cost me several hundred dollars. If someone had done their job properly at this facility I wouldn't have been in that mess. I learned a valuable lesson entrusting my merchandise at the Steve Schiff USPS site. They let me down and I recommend to anyone reading this to stay away from this place. If I could give less than one star I would.
