I went to check and once again, now keep in mind this is 1 of 8 packages that were not placed in my box or in the large package lockers, we'll i have had 4 brought to my home by either neighbors or others that ended up in their mailboxes! Please provide a number for us to be able to actually speak to a real life person. I have given up calling because once you are placed on 2 to 3 hour eternal hold you just give up and do not have faith in the USPS to deliver.

I go in with a positive attitude and respect the employees helping me. But once they start being rude then I match the energy. It’s ya 2026 and the staff members should really not be acting like this. And psa for other folks stop trying to fix a problem with rudeness. I get it frustrating having to deal with their policies but keep in mind they’re doing their job. Don’t ruin it for everyone.
