  The notary lady was awesome! She was very nice, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated how helpful and welcoming she was. Great experience!

  The worse service ever I walked in on June 30 th and I started tracking it and they never even tried to deliver it because it was going to Southern California and then they claimed the address was wrong and. Checked with manage of the mall store it was going to and I had the address right we are now July 21st and i kept calling ups customer service they told me my package was still at the location in Albuquerque and Conner the employee was the one that confirmed it was there so I drove over there and yes it was and he did give me the 25 dollars we paid for shipping but my package was insured and the package was all dirty looks like it got ran over by several trucks terrible customer service

  visited this location recently and drop off a package, completely unaware that it was leaking. As soon as I noticed the leak, I immediately apologized to the employee on duty. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee responded with a nasty attitude, became visibly angry, and started slamming doors.While I understand a leaking package is an inconvenience, reacting with aggression and hostility toward a customer who made an honest mistake and apologized is completely unacceptable. Customer service requires basic professionalism, which was entirely lacking during this visit. I hope management addresses this employee's behavior.
