  I stopped in for a notary and two witnesses and while the notary and one witness were very pleasant and helpful, Reginal Frank, acting as the other witness, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to intrude on my privacy with irrelevant and sharp questions about what he was witnessing, asking personal questions about my intentions and future business plans. Apparently Mr. Frank is in need of trainng to understand his role as such a witness is to witness the notary's function, not my signature and not the contents of the document. When told so several times by myelf and the notary he remained belligerent and continued with his questions as though it were some sort of game. Me. Frank is in need of a coach and counsel and training to better ensure he does not behave so rudely and unprofessionally with future customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store on July 23, 2026, at approximately 5:51 p.m. I came in to return items I had purchased online and wasn’t familiar with how the return process worked for that particular retailer. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with rudeness from an associate named Yvette. When I asked for help, Yvette immediately snapped at me in an impatient and disrespectful tone. I apologized and said, “I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware how it worked,” hoping that would clear up the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, she continued to be short, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Customers should never be made to feel embarrassed or spoken down to simply because they’re unfamiliar with a return process. A little patience and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in customer service. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

  I went in to have copy pages of my passport/ laminated. The gentleman did a fantastic job. Perfect for carrying in my back pocket when traveling abroad. thanks, kudos

  Walked in for notary of docs, Ms Gray helpful, pleasant, & informative. Im always in need of notary i asked schedule if any..I was informed they have 2 people who can notarize. Its good to know owner and a staff available most of time. Short line ok with me, not long wait. Busy location with 2 staff, no biggie waiting few minutes. For this need worth the wait. Thank you Ms Gray for your service.
