  I was on business travel and needed a package delivered overnight. My wife went to this location Sunday 9/20 and paid $106 for next day delivery which was supposed to arrive on Tuesday by 10:30am. I checked the tracking Monday and Tuesday and the website said "label created." The package did not arrive until Thursday 9/24 after. My package is now stuck in Dallas. We have called into the store and also gone in to talk to the manager. She has been rude and unhelpful stating that the mistake was not on her end and that I would have to contact the delivery destination and pay for my package to be shipped back. She claims she has submitted a claim, but we do not have any confirmation this actually has been done. The contents of the package was a corporate credit card so I will be calling the fraud department as well as UPS Customer relations. I asked the manager to escalate to the owner and she said that she is the highest level of management and that the owner does not enage with customers because he is out of the country. Reading the other reviews, it looks like bad customer service is the norm for this store.

  This store is cute and up to date. I never have a problem with any if my package being delived.

  Don't take your packages here unless you want them to be delivered to wrong address in a completely different state. I dont know how stupid you have to be to screw something up that badly but they managed to do so. I will never come to this location again.
