The new crew in the afternoon is horrible. Kid with painted nails, red head with long dress, and the other heavy set girl are rude and have NO IDEA what they are doing. They lied to me acting like they knew what was the issue with my package and when I came back to fix the matter, all they did was give me attitude and was rude. I have been a customer at this location for YEARS, and plan on taking my business elsewhere . It’s sad because this was a really well ran store until Hailey left. Now they hired these kids that are rude because they have no idea what they are doing. Lady in line also agreed with me and told me they were rude to her too

Where do I start with this store.it has went to “hell” .I know staff is new, I’ve never been treated so disrespectful by an employee any where . As I have been by I believe her name is Jessica , Not 100% .but she wore glasses and I can go on and on . Everyone I seen while I was their had same experience with her. The young man kinda tall, he was very nice and helpful to people it seems . Again he’s new and takes too long ,I’d rather deal with him just hope he learns more. Rest of staff I haven’t interacted with since they all seem new . One bad apple is all it takes.

Be wary of this place for at least a little while. Entire staff turnover from the great people that were there. Stopped in today and the professionalism has taken a big hit. Willing to have a little patience but disappointed in the ownership, apparently not local, at the moment.
