I wat to say thank you to your staff member Mercedes. I came in looking for a usb adapter, for my car. I purchased the adaptor. I could not get it to work. She spent so much time with me trying to figure out how to get it to work. She was so helpful, kind. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for having a stellar staff member. Because of her I will be coming for all my needs in the future .

David at the printing center went above and beyond customer service!!!! He helped my self and wife with some medical records. He has the patience of a Saint. We were at the store on Sunday Aug 2nd. I visited the store today Aug 3 Monday to talk to the store manager. I told him David deserves a healthy Raise. A 2 week Paid vacation would be very Deserved.

I just wanted you to know that I appreciate David so very much. Our family is going through a very difficult time, and David helped me to create just the right sign I needed. He was so compassionate, kind and went the extra mile to make sure what I needed was perfect. He had such great ideas that we implemented. I would have been lost without his help. I talked to another customer in line who shared David is always Awesome, when I came back a few days later to pick up a different order, another customer shared she has been working with David for 5 years and he is so Awesome! I had the worst customer service of any store that I have been a customer in from Sam in printing. I told her that sometimes what they received was not exactly what I sent from my computer and I wanted to check and make sure that what I sent was what was on their screen. She called me a liar and refused to let me check my email. If Megan had not been such a wonderful friend specialist for so many years I would have discontinued my service the Staples immediately. I teach customer service the companies and had Staples been my client I would have recommended immediate termination. Dr t e Kaufman
