  I had a special print request that could not be addressed online. Robin was awesome, both when I called ahead and when I went in. Super friendly, accommodating, and I got what I needed right away. Thank you!

  I visited the Staples here in Albuquerque at the 9701 Montgomery N.E location back on 9/20/26 around 10:15 am with the anticipation to do a drop off return item for UPS. I was under the impression from my merchant that all I had to do was drop package at the Happy service desk that handles these types of shipping, only to discover I did need a code of some nature so I had to look back over emails to find code and I became impatient with myself because typically I’m pretty through, but I thank Robbin the customer representative whom was very patient, and helpful also very respectful with assisting me.Robbin represented GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is very rare nowadays so again I thank you very much!!!!☺️

  I emailed 4 documents to Staples to go and print at the store. I used to be able to go to the print counter to have them do it, but now we are directed to use the self service printers, just like every other lousy business, today. There is no longer any "service" provided. I followed the "instructions" that were provided in the email conformation, and was charged twice, for 2 blank pieces of paper. It was twice, because I considered that I may have made a mistake, so I did it again, and got the same result. It was 45 minutes until they were supposed to close, but the employees were busy chatting, while closing up the store. I am so sick of businesses that do significantly LESS, and charge MORE. Nobody can just provide a decent service, for a decent price, anymore. Now Staples has been added to the list of lousy businesses that get by because they make consumers pay for everything other than the service or product that they went there for. It's reprehensible, what these "businesses" do.

  I have always had a great experience at this store. Today I visited and had some struggles with printing, but Robin was such a huge help and figured everything out for me! I would definitely recommend visiting this Staples. Ask for Robin if you need any assistance, he is an awesome guy!

  Rudest people you’ve ever met. If you’re coming here to print go anywhere else. They’re a hack job. *update I brought my own cardstock and wanted a print that consisted of 2 pages - front and back. As well as 5 copies of just normal office paper 11x17. Staples wanted to charge $10.56 for 7 total pages of printing (the cardstock I brought in myself). Then they wanted to charge an additional $4 to print said 7 pages in one day. I went up the road to the UPS Store. Exact same purchase 68 cents. Sweetest girls. Five minutes.
