  This place doesn’t even rate a 1 the gal was rude I called to ask where I would call UPS to check on a package I couldn’t finish telling her my side to why I am worried about this package a package was send from Texas and it was send to the wrong address and the sender says the package was delivered it wasn’t delivered to me. UPS driver took it upon himself to deliver to another apartment and nothing has been done. This is why I am calling for UPS to check where my package is. And she was rude couldn’t help me with a number to UPS Warehouse here in Albuquerque New Mexico.

  Buyer beware, they have exorbitant "convenience" fees. I took 3 large envelopes (going to Texas) and 4 boxes (going to CA, KS, WA, ID), all shipped ground, all prepackaged and pre- addressed, just needed postage added. Cost me $150 and that was with 10% discount. I went home and looked up rates on-line and could have saved about$50 if I'd gone to the post office and UPS myself....which I will do next time.
