    1st impressions are key. So mine wasn’t that great it started well but one thing I dislike is when someone is sarcastic. If I’m asking a question it’s because I don’t know the answer. She made me feel stupid honestly, & this was the first time, first company to inquire about outsourcing services for my business. I understand that staffing is tough especially in Albuquerque as a fellow business owner. But having a having rude staff member at one of the first touch points the customer engages, just to fill a position is not good. I will always associate your business with that experience. I’m sure 99% of the staff are friendly but she being you first interaction, choices!

    *To your response, you do have someone working there by that name because I called and asked for them. Also if he wasn’t an associate why would someone let that many packages be delivered. It was at least 15 packages. Original review: They have an employee with a Blue Ford Super Duty illegally dumping multiple items of the businesses trash at a residential complex that is already having issues with illegal dumping. Do have photos of employee, license plate and all the boxes thrown have the address of Maintenance Service Systems. The employee reaction when telling him he can’t dump here was “everyone else does” and that is the point we need it to stop. We have made report with city and non emergency police since it was caught on video camera that was installed.
