  Danielle at the counter was rude to the customers in front of us, and rude to me. Quite frankly she just seemed like she was giving people hard times because she was having a bad day. According to FedEx Policy as screenshotted below. Anyone with a matching address can pick up an order. She was rude while stating the names had to match on the ID, not just the address. Refer to screenshot below. The manager was able to take care of this quite easily. I won't go into the details of the 4:13 discussion. The 1 star is for Danielle specifically.

  I came in right at opening to pick up a small package, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. This is my first time here, The employee who assisted me, I believe her name was Danielle, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m not sure what warranted the attitude, especially first thing in the morning when the store had just opened. I was simply there to pick up a package and wasn’t making a difficult or complicated request. Her tone and overall demeanor made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I completely understand that everyone can have an off day, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected when working with customers. A simple greeting and respectful attitude would have made the interaction completely different. Unfortunately, this was not a positive or welcoming experience.

  I unfortunately had to drive from my house in northern Socorro county to this location to retrieve my package because the driver never delivered it. I was supposed to receive my package on 7/30/26, but the driver never showed up at my house. He marked it as attempted but wrong address. Funny thing is, I have cameras facing my gate and my whole property for that matter, and I watched it all day waiting even though it was 112° at my house that day. Anyhow I tried to make a complaint about the driver's lies, but I was completely dismissed. Just so you know, if you order something through Walmart app and it needs to be shipped, their shipping partner is FedEx and if the rural driver doesn't want to go to your house, they can lie and say that they attempted delivery.

  There is a 60% chance they will not deliver what you paid them to. Total incompetence, they wont help you either. I stay away if you can. UPS is probably the best we have seen here.

  Gracey , Gracee , I'm not how you spell your name young lady but you really saved my day. If her boss sees this , this young lady needs a raise. Exceptional character ! She is a great representation of the brand and the core ethics.
