- DSDevan Sande2 days ago1.0I needed to return 2 items I had purchased and I tried FedEx drop off for the first time. NEVER AGAIN! The woman did not know what she was doing, she scanned both of my return codes and printed one label. She put both items in one bag and when I asked her if there needed to be 2 stickers/bags she said “No the items are going to the same place.” Ultimately, I was refunded for one item and the other item still shows I need to drop it off. I’m out $40 for her incompetence. I called and the assistant manager, who told me to email the manager. I emailed them and never heard back. I will never go to this place again! Use Staples for all your returns- or even the dang post office at this point. I’m so upset!
