  10/10 experience here! I had to print 100+ pages and the gentleman gave me advice on how to save as much as possible $. Also put in an online order for a poster at 10pm last night (needing it by 9 this morning for my class) and they got it done as soon as the store opened!!!! It wasn't projected to be done until 2 PM, so you can't imagine my gratitude when they got it done early for me. Their kindness and knowledge will not be forgotten!

  I recently visited FedEx to print some paperwork, and I wanted to recognize the excellent customer service I received from Nicholas. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. While I was waiting in line, I noticed that several customers were asking him questions and requesting assistance at the same time. Despite being very busy, Nicholas remained calm, respectful, and attentive to everyone. He took the time to listen to each person's concerns and did his best to help them. When it was my turn, I needed to print a large amount of paperwork, and I was having trouble getting my files to send correctly. Instead of rushing me or becoming frustrated, Nicholas patiently worked through the issue and made sure I was able to print everything I needed. His positive attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. This is not the first time I've seen Nicholas at this location, and each time he has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring toward customers. He goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service and makes people feel valued and welcome. Employees like Nicholas are a huge asset to FedEx. His professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping customers deserve recognition. FedEx is very fortunate to have someone like him on their team, and I truly believe he deserves a raise or special recognition for the exceptional service he provides.

  I was having a bad day. And was crying prior to me coming in I finally had the courage to walk in and had stopped crying. Gale an older white woman walked over to me and asked what I needed. I said I needed to ship and she started laughing at me and said ooooohhhhkaaaaay with a purposeful frown. I found it very disrespectful and rude. You never know what someone is going through so the fact that she laughed at me really hurt. My day is so much worse now because of her

  Arlis at this location was super helpful, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did everything we needed and more. Got the job done quickly (way quicker than if we were to do it ourselves) and we were on our way within minutes!
