  The store was empty and the employee had me wait on the phone while what appeared to be a colleague was on the phone chatting. I feel professionalism would have been to address the situation more appropriate and efficiently.

  Employees are extremely bothered to have to pause their conversation to help customers. I had a question about envelope size and they essentially told me to figure it out myself. Don’t pay extra to have the employees treat you like you’re dumb just go to the Post Office at least they’re cheaper.

  I’ve been trying to get this return done for weeks, the company I bought the package from has been absolutely horrible at getting me a refund and return shipping information and I was actually going crazy until Joey from this Fed Ex location was able to help me. I honestly was ready to throw the package in the trash and lose the $200 I spent until he was able to repackage my box and get it shipped. Thank you for your help and kindness.

  Tried to sell me a new box for my return was still ok. Went to another location and they accepted it no questions.
