- NWNicholas Wavy4 days ago1.0I wanted to provide my seller the comfort of using the same title company he had once used many years ago and that was an unfortunate mistake. Customer service skills were poor. Provided an expectation that was not met, more days had past and still not met. Sue the main receptionist does not like picking up the phone her attitude & tone make me believe this… also makes it very hard to ask any question because there’s no telling of what type of response you’ll get. Blind transfers without telling me I’m being transfer just to end up at somebody’s voicemail is ridiculous. Ended up withdrawing our open escrow request because for a week straight there was “ no response from our underwriters” also provided simple excuses we are slammed with closing’s. Seems like they can’t handle more than 2-3 closing at a time. Please don’t waste your time with this title company they truly don’t need anymore business.

What is the purpose of having clients fill out directives for how to transfer funds if there is no intention of honoring those directives. Then to blame one of the client's behavior for the incompetence is simply childish. Also, I was not notified when my check was available to pick up.

Sue said it would take a month and I would get it in the mail, she personally sent it in. While she is very nice, someone dropped the ball somewhere. Would like to know what really happened.

Always being promised to send that document once located. Once located?! The warranty deed was also addressed incorrectly. We were promised that would be corrected as well. Excuses were given; busy, pandemic, etc. Still nothing.
