As a Google Local Guide with over 8 million views The Wyckoff Post Office has THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER REVIEWED! EVER! They are anti-social people who don't know how to be polite. Not even when people are nice to them from the start. Don't know how miserable Bob is at home but he's taking it out on everyone who walks into the place. I was told my envelope had to ship as a package for $12! Went to Franklin Lakes and it shipped for $1.29! It's time for the Postmaster General to do an Undercover Boss episode there and if he's doing his job, he's going to have to fire everyone at the counter. I can't wait for AI to take their jobs!
- GGG GJun 27, 20195.0I have always gone here without hassle daily, since I have a PO Box there and ALSO I do business often at the window counter... and always had a pleasant experience. I am however disgusted by reading the negative reviews and it all seems to be based on USPS policies and how some customers want to beyond them or not have them applied to them (and I have seen some in action too). This is a business, they sell tape...they charge based on weight/distance, they have posted opening and closing times, if you are not prepared or did not pay the correct amount, why complain? This is not the staff’s fault or this office’s fault!
