- GBg bMar 31, 20211.0Their ability to track a package is terrible. After it leaves the South Jersey Distribution Center it is lost in space. One time the package was received and I kept getting notices to go to the PO and pick up the package. Total incompetent. Also, they don't answer the phone and have turned off the answering machine.
