    I had a great experience at The UPS Store. I needed to send a package and was a little unsure about the shipping and tracking process. The two employees who assisted me were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me track the package from the day it was shipped until it reached its destination. It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated.     I just went there and he scanned three pieces of blank papers when I clearly said I didn’t need them for PDF and charged me for them. There is no reason to charge for blank pieces of papers. He was nasty & rude. Unfortunately due to this experience I will not be returning and find another location to handle my business. People who work in customer service should really learn the definition of it in order to be able to provide it.
