Getting a hold of usps is a joke. 40 to 50 minute wait times on the phone which is great, so I used the terrible automated service to reschedule a delivery of my package, which should mention never came on the date that was requested. Luckily what I ordered itself wasn’t too bad but the box was completely mangled like it was underneath every package under the sun.
