- BGBruce GAug 7, 20262.0the last 3 months we have been receiving the previous tenants PSEG bills and first class letters - I wrote to the PO about this twice and today received another bill ! Ridiculous service ! No one cares ?
- GMGeena MarieAug 7, 20262.0We moved to our current address 3 months ago and are still receiving the previous tennant's mail, even though we have returned it physically to the post office on multiple occasions, always letting the staff know that the previous tennants no longer live there. Our mailbox even says that the previous tennants are no longer there.
- NKNicole KangleyJul 27, 20261.0Every single time I mail something from here it takes over a month to arrive, when it arrives at all, resulting in continuously cancelling checks. To test this I mailed two checks from Westwood and two from Hillsdale. Both from Hillsdale arrived in two days. Both from Westwood, I had to pay by cc because check's were never received, resulting in cc fees and stop payment fees on the checks. Keeping in mind, I go into the building to mail things, do not use outside mailbox. In addition, I share a building in Westwood with another tenent , with their name clearly on the mail, and for three years, I still get their mail which I then deliver to them. I am posting because something is wrong which needs to be addressed. My mother lives in Westwood, yet when she gave me her mail she made me give my word I would mail it in Hillsdale. Seriously? She is 90 and can't use her post office around the corner bc nothing ever arrives on time? Let's figure out the problem here please.
