  I ordered privacy doors from Amazon Marketplace. I was charged $85.00 to return these because they are too tall. I emailed the label to the store when i was in person. the staff - being ever so incompetent - entered the address with incorrect numbers - having the package appear back on my door step - not once but twice. I then went back a second time to this westfield UPS store with my package, they sent it out again - this time using a marker to correct the wrong address they entered because they refused to print a new one. the package is now on my door step again. the owner refuses to refund my shipping fee and is blaming the customer - even though i emailed his staff with the original and correct address. my CC company has disputed / refunded but STAY AWAY. if they cant even get an address right, want to pocket $85 - what are they actually doing?

  This store is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and efficient. While I like the Cranford and Scotch Plains location, this store has the return kiosks so you can get right in and out most time with little or no wait time.

  They wanted to charge me $100 to ship an envelope overnight in NJ. Post office across street is $35

  I can't say that this was the most friendly staff I've met. I walked in to give my package said my hellos and received a gruff response. I definitely recommend customer service training.
