I don't blame the employees, but management has really abandoned this office. I try to avoid this office like the plague, but for some reason I always end up relying on them last minute. It's really sad and I hope some day it gets better.
- GGGabrielaJun 12, 20261.0This place deserves zero stars. It is by far one of the worst post offices I’ve ever been to. It’s always packed, hot, humid, and completely understaffed. The building looks old, neglected, and poorly maintained, and half the time there are only one or two employees trying to handle a line of people stretching out the door. The customer service is terrible. I came in for a passport renewal, and one of the employees gave me a hard time about my identification and insisted I needed documents that I did not actually need. It was a complete waste of my time. I ended up going to another post office, where the employee processed everything with no issues because the requirements are clearly stated on the official website. The lack of training, organization, and professionalism at this location is unbelievable. Nobody should have to make multiple trips because employees don’t know the correct procedures. Every visit here feels chaotic and frustrating. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This location is an embarrassment.
