- CVCool VivAug 3, 20261.0I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience with a clerk named William at this post office. I simply asked which box size I should purchase for my package, and he responded in a rude, condescending manner with an unnecessary attitude. While assisting me, he seemed visibly irritated and even aggressive as he went through the questions on the screen.What upset me the most was that when the customer satisfaction rating appeared, he selected the positive rating himself before I had a chance to respond. That should be the customer’s choice, not the employee’s.To make matters worse, he then forcefully tossed my package as if he was angry. No customer ever deserves that kind of treatment.Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately this experience was neither, the Long Branch or Oakhurst post office instead have much nicer and more respectful employees. William should not be assisting any customers any more
