  Devonte and David at this UPS Store are great—always friendly, fast, and professional. They make shipping and returns easy and are super helpful every time I visit. Definitely recommend!

  This UPS Store location in Long Branch is convenient when I’m in the Eatontown area and need to drop off a package, but there are a couple of issues that really should be addressed. First, only the right-hand door is unlocked. The problem is that there’s an angled wall directly in front of that door, which makes it very difficult to enter if you’re carrying a large package. The left door appears to stay locked, which doesn’t make much sense given the awkward layout. Second, the customer service experience was confusing. When I walked in, the store was empty and the employee behind the counter was sitting and reading something. I’m not someone who expects instant service, but I stood there for a moment unsure if I was even being acknowledged. When he eventually came to the counter, I was told that the box I brought couldn’t be accepted and that I needed to purchase a new box. This was particularly confusing because the item was an Amazon return that I was specifically instructed to bring to a UPS Store as-is. Again, the location is convenient, but the entrance setup and the lack of clear communication about return policies made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

  The woman working here in the mornings (forgive me for not knowing her first name) has got to be the most efficient, professional and helpful associate I’ve ever met! She juggles customers with ease and efficiency every time I come in (and I come here a lot). I hope I’m not the only one to be sharing this…because she deserves a mountain of praise! Well done
