  Horrible service at this location i been waiting to pick up a package no one come to the fromt been here waiting for over and hour and no come out the back

  I came in with 2 documents, small 2x2 inch envelope that stores two photos in a CLEAR folder, CLEAR folder. The gentleman open the clear folder. Looks at the document that can be clearly seen thru the CLEAR folder and peeked in the flat 2x2 envelope. And I ask curiosity, “Sir what are looking for?” He says,” contrabands.” And he proceeds to spitefully make me wait 20 minutes. Because I was curious why he needed to look and skim my documents. Maybe there are “text” contraband ?? I’m confused….

  DHL DO BETTER!! Packages has not been delivered, was told since last Friday that they were not able to reach me since I was not home (lies by the way since I have camera and no DHL driver made an attempt) I rescheduled the delivery and now it’s Friday again and no delivery has been made, called and was told they were going to reach out to the driver and I would get an email (that was 4 hrs ago) but not only that no updates of such when I look up my order!! Would never recommend them!!

  Terrible takes forever to deliver packages very slow people are waiting on packages please do better
